Assess the organization’s current operating costs, capital, and cash expenditures; compare to industry benchmarks and leading practices to identify TCO reduction opportunities.
Capabilities:
Identify IT cost drivers and map to key expense categories and IT service categories.
Establish IT as a "service provider" and a “pay as you go” consumption model.
Create an IT Services costing framework and introduce IT financial transparency and IT invoice.
Review workforce productivity, labor utilization and develop a sourcing strategy.
Analyze vendor contracts and create a supplier management strategy, identifying savings opportunities.
Develop a prioritized plan based on benefit, risk, and effort.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Provide expert guidance to enable enterprise-wide digital transformation through major business-system IT programs.

Complete current state IT architecture and map to core “end to end” process areas and identify major pain points.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to break down business and technology silos and develop a vision for digital transformation including providing superior customer experiences.
Create an application and technology roadmap to address key priorities and process areas for technology enablement.
Significant expertise in ERP strategy, including business-value case development, vendor assessment, selection, negotiation, program governance, project management and change management.

CLOUD SERVICES
Rationalize and modernize IT legacy landscapes and identify opportunities to shift work-loads to the cloud.
Capabilities:
Document enterprise IT architecture and create a cloud strategy clearly outlining the benefits.
Complete an “inventory” and scoring of applications and infrastructure to create a rationalization, consolidation, simplification and cloud migration plan.
Analyze IT workloads and align with business importance to determine required performance and SLAs.

COMPLIANCE AND CYBER RISK
Assess an organization’s compliance and cyber-risk posture through an information-based risk model and provide a “board level” assessment and action plan. Help organizations proactively navigate and build repeatable blueprints to meet changing & complex compliance requirements.
